An Introduction to Fraser Financial and "Life/Integral" Planning
Money is a pervasive force in each of our lives. It touches all of our interactions and relationships. At Fraser Financial we believe that money is best viewed as a tool you use to achieve the higher goal of comprehensive personal wealth. Indeed, as we review our lives, we think those who have made the larger commitment to achieve personal wealth, to integrate their money with other aspects of their lives, will be the true "winners."
"Life" or "Integral" planning is largely a new concept in our profession. At this time, there isn't even a consensus definition of just what Life/Integral planning is. At Fraser Financial we believe that Life/Integral planning maintains the basic tools and methodologies of traditional financial planning with a greater emphasis on self-discovery and support. It is our goal to first explore a client's goals in greater depth. If you don't know where you are going and why you are going there, reaching your destination is likely to be disappointing rather than fulfilling. Once our clients have established their goals, we prepare a financial plan of action that will help them achieve these goals. But the best plan in the world won't benefit anyone if it isn't implemented. That is why we believe that ongoing client support is such an important part of the process. Yes, each of us should be able to be pro-active on our own behalf. But the truth is, this is often hard to do without the continued support of caring and knowledgeable advisors. Understanding that about ourselves is perhaps one of our biggest victories.
